Specify parameters and speechId and remove its padding silence

speech id to remove padding from.

float

How long a silent region must be to be considered removable silence. Default is 0.01

float

Amplitude threshold in % below which audio will be considered silence. Default is 0.1

string

Where to remove silence 'end', 'start' or 'all' for all across the file. Default is 'end'
