What should I do if my demo access expires, or I run out of credits?
The trial is designed to provide a glimpse of how AudioStack can benefit your organisation. We offer many additional workflows that might be better suited for your specific needs.
We recommend contacting our sales team to schedule a call and discover how we can best assist you.
Why don't I have access to a specific workflow?
Your organisation has access to all workflows specified in your commercial agreement. However, if you're unable to see a workflow you should have access to, it may be due to your account permissions.
Organisation members are set up as either "Users" or "Admins":
- Admins have full access to all workflows and can manage permissions for other members.
- Users can only access workflows assigned to them by their Admins.
This means that two users from the same organisation might see different workflows.
To update your access, you'll need to ask an Admin of your organisation to:
- Go to Account > Organisation & Users, and select the user
- Choose the workflows the user needs access to.
If you can't reach an Admin within your organisation, contact the AudioStack Support team at [email protected] for assistance.
Why can't I see my previous ads and files?
This issue often occurs when you accidentally switch to another organisation that you're a member of. Check the organisation name in the top-left bar of your screen.
If this is the case, simply switch back to your intended organisation to regain access to your ads and files.
